Xlim Pro 3: Auto draw not working when inhaling
You inhale on the pod and nothing happens, with no vapour produced and no indicator light activating. The button fire may still work, but the automatic draw detection is not responding.
Why this happens
- Something is blocking the airflow sensor, preventing it from detecting your inhale
- The pod is not seated correctly and is not making proper contact with the sensor
How to fix it
- Remove the pod from the device
- Blow firmly on the airflow sensor, or gently clean it with a dry cotton bud to clear any blockage or residue
- Reinsert the pod firmly until it clicks into place, which resets the sensor connection
- Try an inhale again to check whether auto draw has been restored
- If the problem persists, try a different pod to rule out a fault with the current one
