Editorial policy

Independence

The hub is funded by the Vape & E-Liquid shop, run by the same company (Devonshire Brands LTD). We do not take payment from manufacturers or other retailers, we do not run affiliate links, and no brand sees a guide before it is published. If a device we stock has a known fault, the guide and the troubleshooting pages say so.

Sources

• Device facts come from the device itself and the manufacturer's manual.
• UK law and tax facts come from GOV.UK and HMRC guidance, including the Vaping Products Duty in force since 1 October 2026, and from the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations.
• Health statements are limited to what the NHS and the UK Health Security Agency publish. The hub does not give medical advice.
• We link to the source wherever a figure matters, so you can check it.

Authors, reviewers and dates

Every guide, device page and fix carries the name of the person who wrote it and, where a second person verified it against the device, who checked it. The date on the page is the date the content was last checked, not the date the page was last saved. Author profiles are listed on the authors page.

Use of AI tools

We use AI tools to help draft, structure and proof-read some pages, in the same way we use spell-checkers and search. Every fact is checked by a person against the device or the source, and the named author is responsible for what the page says. A page is never published without that review.

Corrections

If something is wrong, email info@vapeandeliquid.co.uk with the page link and what you believe is incorrect. We correct the page, update its "last checked" date and, for anything material, note the change on the page.

Age and advertising

We sell nicotine products to adults aged 18 and over only, and we follow the UK Advertising Codes for nicotine products: the hub does not run promotional email or advertising for nicotine products, and guides are information, not inducements.
