Who we are
The Vape & E-Liquid Hub is published by the people who run the Vape & E-Liquid shop, a UK online vape store. Vape & E-Liquid and Vape & E-Liquid Store are trading styles of Devonshire Brands LTD (company number 16362893), founded by Toby Devonshire, registered in England and Wales with its registered office in Sheffield.
We sell the kit, so we live with it: the pod kits, mods, coils and e-liquids on these pages are the ones on our shelves and in our pockets. The hub exists because the questions customers ask us every day deserve better answers than a product listing can give.
What the hub is for
- Setup guides and manuals for every device we document, written from the device in hand and the manufacturer's own manual.
- Troubleshooting for the faults customers actually report: a pod that will not fire, a burnt taste after a coil change, a kit that stops charging.
- Plain-English guides on e-liquid, nicotine strength, UK vaping law and the vaping duty that came into force on 1 October 2026.
- Free tools such as the vape cost calculator and the vape tax calculator.
How the hub is funded
The shop pays for the hub. There are no affiliate links, no sponsored posts and no paid placements. When a page links to a product, it links to our own store, and we say so on the page. If a device we stock is not good, the guide says that too; see our editorial policy and how we test.
Where to find us

We only sell nicotine products to adults aged 18 and over, and nothing on the hub is medical advice. If you want to stop vaping or smoking, the NHS Better Health service is free.
