Thelema Q200 Pro
A 200W dual 18650 box mod built for experienced DTL vapers who want precise wattage control, a quality chipset and the freedom to pair it with any 510 sub-ohm tank.
Set up guide & tips
The Thelema Q200 Pro is a mod-only device. It does not include a tank, so you will need to attach your own before you can vape. Here is how to get set up correctly from the start.
Install Your 18650 Batteries
Two 18650 cells are required and sold separately. Use high-drain cells rated at 20A continuous or above from a reputable brand. Check the polarity diagram inside the battery compartment and insert both cells correctly before closing the cover. Mismatched batteries or mixed brands can cause inconsistent performance, so always pair two cells of the same brand, model and charge level.
Attach Your Tank
The Q200 Pro uses a standard 510 connection. Thread your sub-ohm tank on firmly but do not overtighten. The mod supports coil resistances between 0.1 ohm and 3.0 ohm. If you are pairing it with the Centaurus Sub Ohm V2 Tank, prime the coil before filling: apply a few drops of e-liquid directly to the coil's cotton ports, fill the tank, then leave it to sit for five minutes before firing.
Prime Your Coil
Whether you are using the Centaurus Sub Ohm V2 or another sub-ohm tank, never fire a new coil dry. Apply e-liquid to the exposed wicking ports on the coil head, fill your tank fully, fit the drip tip and wait at least five minutes. Skipping this step burns the cotton and ruins the coil on the first pull.
Starting Wattage
Start at around 40 to 60W when breaking in a new coil, regardless of what the coil's upper limit is. Fire a few short puffs first. Once the cotton is fully saturated and you are getting consistent flavour, you can gradually increase wattage toward the coil's recommended range. For low-resistance sub-ohm coils in the 0.15 to 0.3 ohm range, most vapers settle between 60W and 100W for a warm, flavour-forward DTL draw. You can push further toward 150W or 200W if you want more vapour production, but always stay within the wattage range printed on the coil.
Powering On and Off
Press the fire button five times quickly to turn the device on or off. Three presses of the fire button accesses the mode and settings menu, where you can switch between wattage, voltage, temperature control modes (SS316, titanium, nickel) and choose from nine UI themes on the 1.47-inch TFT screen.
Charging
The Q200 Pro charges via USB-C at 5V/2A and a cable is included. That said, if you have an external 18650 charger, use it. External charging is gentler on your cells, gives you better charge cycle longevity and means you can run a spare pair while one set is charging. USB-C passthrough is fine for occasional top-ups.
Which E-Liquid to Use
Sub-ohm coils at this resistance and wattage range need a high-VG e-liquid. Use a 70VG/30PG ratio or higher, which means shortfill 50ml or 100ml bottles are the standard choice here. Thinner 50/50 blends and nic salt formulations are not designed for sub-ohm use at these resistances and will cause dry hits and premature coil failure.
For nicotine strength, 0mg or 3mg freebase is standard for a high-power DTL setup. The volume of vapour produced at 60W and above makes anything higher than 3mg harsh and unpleasant for most vapers. This is not a TPD restriction at this wattage, simply a comfort issue.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Lost Vape Thelema Q200 Pro and who is it for?
The Thelema Q200 Pro is a 200W dual 18650 regulated box mod from Lost Vape, built around the Quest X 3.0 chipset. It suits experienced DTL vapers who want precise wattage control, temperature control options and a premium build quality in a dual-battery mod they can pair with any 510 sub-ohm tank.
What batteries does the Lost Vape Thelema Q200 Pro use?
It takes two 18650 batteries, sold separately. Use high-drain cells rated at 20A continuous or above. Always pair two cells of the same brand, model and charge state. Never use damaged or unwrapped cells, and replace both at the same time to keep output balanced and safe.
Can I use the Thelema Q200 Pro with a different tank?
Yes. The mod uses a standard 510 connection and supports coil resistances from 0.1 to 3.0 ohm, so it is compatible with the vast majority of sub-ohm tanks on the market. You are not limited to the Centaurus Sub Ohm V2. Just ensure whatever tank you pair it with falls within that resistance range.
What modes does the Quest X 3.0 chipset support?
The Q200 Pro offers six vaping modes: variable wattage, variable voltage, and temperature control for stainless steel (SS316), titanium and nickel wire. For most vapers using standard sub-ohm mesh coils, variable wattage mode is the one you will use day to day. TC modes are there if you are running compatible wire builds.
Does the Thelema Q200 Pro come with a tank included?
It depends on which version you buy. Lost Vape produces a mod-only version, a standard kit with the Centaurus Sub Ohm V2 Tank (5ml), and a TPD kit with the same tank in a 2ml configuration to meet UK regulations. The mod-only box includes the mod, a USB-C cable, a user manual and a warranty card.
