Age verification policy

Everything we sell is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. It is illegal to sell nicotine inhaling products to anyone under 18, or to buy them on behalf of someone under 18, and we take that responsibility seriously. We never knowingly sell to anyone under 18.

Age checks on your order

By placing an order you confirm you are aged 18 or over. Orders may be subject to age checks before dispatch: where we have any doubt about a customer's age we may ask for evidence, such as a copy of photographic ID, before sending the order. We are also introducing an electronic age verification check at checkout, carried out by an independent third-party provider, which validates that the details you give us belong to a person aged 18 or over. Orders that fail an age check are cancelled and refunded in full.

Challenge 25

We operate a Challenge 25 approach. If anything about an order suggests the customer may be under 25, we verify their age before dispatch even where an automated check has passed. This mirrors the standard used by responsible retailers in stores across the UK.

ID checks on delivery

We may use courier services that carry out an age check at the door. The courier can ask the person accepting the parcel to show photographic ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) and may refuse to hand the parcel over if they aren't satisfied the recipient is 18 or over. Parcels refused for this reason are returned to us and the order is refunded.

Buying for someone else

It is an offence to buy nicotine inhaling products on behalf of someone under 18 (proxy purchasing). By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the products are not for anyone under 18.
