- NeXLIM 2: Screen shows 'NO POD' or device not detecting the pod The screen displays 'NO POD' and the device will not fire. The pod is physically seated in the device but is not being recognised.
- NeXLIM 2: Screen shows 'SHORT' or short circuit warning The screen displays 'SHORT' and the device stops firing. This is the built-in short circuit protection cutting in to keep you safe.
- NeXLIM 2: Screen shows 'TEMP HIGH' or device feels hot The screen displays 'TEMP HIGH' and the device stops firing or feels warm to the touch. This is a built-in safety protection triggered when the internal circuit board temperature gets too high.
- NeXLIM 2: Screen shows 'TIMEOUT' and device stops firing The screen displays 'TIMEOUT' and the device stops producing vapour mid-puff. This happens when a single puff runs longer than 8 seconds.
- NeXLIM 2 Mini: Blue light flashes 3 times and device stops working The blue LED flashes 3 times and the device cuts out mid-vape. This happens when a single draw or button press exceeds the built-in time limit.
- NeXLIM 2 Mini: Colourful light flashes while in boost mode The LED on your device flashes in multiple colours while boost mode is active. This is a deliberate signal from the device, not a fault or error.
- NeXLIM 2 Mini: Red light flashes 3 times and device stops working The LED flashes red three times and the device cuts out mid-vape. This is the built-in high-temperature protection triggering to keep the device safe.
- Xlim 3 Ultra: LED flashes 5 times and device stops firing You press the fire button and the LED flashes 5 times in quick succession, then the device stops firing. This is the built-in short circuit protection cutting in.
