These terms and conditions apply when you buy from Vape & E-Liquid. Please read them before placing an order. By ordering from us you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Who we are

This website is operated by Vape & E-Liquid. To contact us about an order or these terms, use the contact details published on this site.

Age requirement

We sell to adults aged 18 or over only. Every order is subject to age verification, and we may cancel any order where we can't confirm the customer is 18 or over. See our age verification policy.

Ordering and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you the dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where age verification fails, an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, anything you've paid for that order is refunded in full.

Products and health warnings

Our products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. They are intended for existing adult smokers and vapers and are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone under 18. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets, and follow the warnings and instructions on the packaging. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our delivery policy. Despite our best efforts, an item may occasionally be mispriced: if the correct price is higher than the price shown, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can reconfirm or cancel; we're under no obligation to supply goods at an obviously incorrect price.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery services and timescales are set out in our delivery policy. Your rights to cancel and return goods, including the 14-day cooling-off period and the hygiene exemption for unsealed products, are set out in our refunds & returns policy.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and we're not liable for business losses: we supply products for private, domestic use only.

General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
