Vinci E80: Screen shows '20% Low Power' or battery is low
The screen is displaying '20% Low Power', warning you the battery is running low. The device needs charging before the battery cuts out entirely.
Why this happens
- Battery has dropped to 20% charge, triggering the built-in low power warning on the screen display
- Device has been in use for an extended session without being charged
- Device has been stored for a period without a top-up charge, causing the battery to drain down over time
How to fix it
- Connect the included Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a UL-certified USB charger rated at 5V/2A. Use the cable supplied by VOOPOO where possible, as this is the recommended option.
- Charge indoors only. Do not use uncertified chargers or charge near heat sources, water or flammable materials.
- Once connected, the screen will display 'Charging' to confirm the device is receiving power. If this message does not appear, check the cable is fully seated and the charger is switched on.
- Allow the device to charge fully before resuming use. If you store the device for longer periods, charge it regularly and aim to use or recharge it within a 3-month storage window to keep the battery in good condition.
