Lost Mary BM6000: Light comes on but no vapour when inhaling

The LED activates when you inhale, showing the battery is live, but no vapour is produced. The device detects the draw but nothing reaches the coil.

Why this happens

  • Protective film or sticker left over the air intake holes from unboxing, blocking airflow to the sensor or coil
  • The pod section not seated fully, breaking the connection between battery and coil
  • Debris or residue at the pod base preventing a clean electrical contact

How to fix it

  1. Check the air intake holes around the base of the device for any protective film or sticker that was not removed during unboxing. Peel away any remaining film fully.
  2. Remove the pod section completely, then wipe the pod base and the device contacts with a dry tissue to clear any residue.
  3. Re-insert the pod with a firm, even push until you feel and hear it click into place, confirming a secure connection.
  4. Take a slow, steady draw. If the LED lights but vapour is still absent after the steps above, the pod or coil may be faulty. Contact the retailer or replace the pod.
