Lost Mary BM6000: Pod is leaking or making a gurgling sound
Liquid is leaking from the pod or you can hear a gurgling sound when you vape. The device may feel wet around the pod connection area.
Why this happens
- Pod not fitted securely into the device, the most common cause of both leaking and gurgling
- Condensation or liquid build-up around the pod contacts from normal use
- Chain vaping in quick succession, which can flood the pod and cause gurgling
How to fix it
- Remove the pod from the device and wipe down the contacts and the area around the connection with a dry cloth or tissue to remove any liquid build-up.
- Check the pod for visible damage, then reinsert it carefully and firmly until it clicks or seats securely in place.
- Avoid chain vaping, taking rapid puffs one after another can overwhelm the pod and cause gurgling or leaking.
- Store the device upright when not in use to prevent liquid from pooling around the pod connection.
