Lost Mary BM6000: Battery light is flashing
The battery indicator light on your device is flashing and it either will not fire or cuts out unexpectedly. This usually points to a low battery or a pod that is not seated correctly.
Why this happens
- Low or depleted battery, the most common trigger for a flashing battery light
- Pod not fully seated or making a poor connection at the contacts
- Device attempting to fire with no pod inserted
How to fix it
- Check the battery level. If the light is flashing when you try to vape, the battery is likely too low to fire. Charge the device fully before using it again.
- Remove the pod and reseat it firmly. Press it down until you feel or hear it click into place, then try firing again.
- Inspect the pod connection points for any e-liquid residue or debris. Wipe the contacts on both the pod and the device with a dry cloth, reseat the pod, and test.
- If the light continues to flash after a full charge and a reseated pod, the pod itself may be faulty. Try a replacement pod if one is available.
- If none of the above resolves the issue, contact the retailer or manufacturer for further support, as an internal fault may be present.
