Common Lost Mary fixes
6 documented fixes across Lost Mary devices.
- Lost Mary BM6000: Battery light is flashing The battery indicator light on your device is flashing and it either will not fire or cuts out unexpectedly. This usually points to a low battery or a pod that is not seated correctly.
- Lost Mary BM6000: Light comes on but no vapour when inhaling The LED activates when you inhale, showing the battery is live, but no vapour is produced. The device detects the draw but nothing reaches the coil.
- Lost Mary BM6000: Pod is leaking or making a gurgling sound Liquid is leaking from the pod or you can hear a gurgling sound when you vape. The device may feel wet around the pod connection area.
- Lost Mary BM6000: Weak flavour or reduced vapour production The flavour tastes muted or noticeably weaker than it used to, and vapour production has dropped off even though the device still fires.
- Nera 15K: Pod is not being recognised by the device You insert the pod but the device does not respond, showing no lights or an error, as though no pod is present. The device may fire briefly then cut out, or do nothing at all.
- Nera 15K: Understanding the battery and charging indicator lights The LED screen is showing icons or percentages you are not sure how to read, or you cannot tell whether the device is charging correctly.
