Argus G4 Mini: Tight draw or restricted airflow
The draw feels noticeably tighter than usual, or airflow seems blocked, making it harder to inhale normally. This can come on gradually or appear suddenly after a refill.
Why this happens
- E-liquid residue or condensation blocking the airflow path, the most common cause on pod kits used regularly
- A gunked or worn coil restricting vapour flow through the pod
- The pod not sitting correctly on the device, partially obstructing the airflow inlet
How to fix it
- Remove the pod and inspect the airflow inlet on both the pod and the device body for any visible e-liquid pooling or residue. Use a dry paper towel or cotton bud to carefully wipe away any blockage, then refit the pod and test the draw.
- Check that the pod is fully and correctly seated on the device. Remove it, then press it firmly back into place until it clicks or sits flush. A partially seated pod can restrict airflow at the connection point.
- If the draw is still tight after cleaning the airflow path, the coil is likely gunked or at the end of its life. Replace the coil with a fresh one compatible with the pod, re-prime it before vaping, and test again.
- If none of the above steps resolve the restriction, contact VooPoo support or your retailer, as there may be a fault with the pod or device airflow mechanism that requires a replacement part.
