Xlim Go 2: Device not detecting the pod or showing no atomiser

The device shows a no atomiser error or fails to detect the pod at all, even when the pod is seated. It will not fire or produce any vapour.

Why this happens

  • Dirty or contaminated contact pins on the device or the pod base, the most common cause according to OXVA's own guidance
  • A faulty or damaged pod that the device cannot read correctly
  • The pod not being seated firmly enough in the device

How to fix it

  1. Remove the pod and inspect the gold contact pins on the bottom of the pod and inside the device bay. Use a clean dry cloth or a cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to wipe both sets of pins thoroughly. Allow them to dry completely before reinserting the pod.
  2. Reseat the pod firmly, pressing it down until it clicks into place, then try firing again.
  3. If the error persists after cleaning, try a different pod to rule out a faulty cartridge. If a new pod is detected correctly, the original pod is the likely cause.
  4. If no pod is detected even after cleaning and swapping pods, contact the retailer for further support, as the issue may be with the device's internal connection.
