Xlim Go 2: Red light flashes 3 times
The LED flashes red three times when you try to vape or press the fire button. The device may stop producing vapour or cut out shortly after.
Why this happens
- Battery charge has dropped to 20% or below, triggering the built-in low battery indicator
- Battery has been fully depleted through extended use without recharging
How to fix it
- Connect the device to a power source using the USB-C charging cable that came with it. The manual specifies 5V/2A input, so use a compatible wall adapter or a reliable USB port that meets that output.
- Do not leave the device unattended while it charges. The manual specifically flags this as a safety requirement.
- Use only OXVA brand cables and accessories where possible. The manual warns that third-party components can cause device damage or health problems.
- Allow the battery to charge until the LED indicator shows a level above the 20%-0% red zone before vaping again. If the red flash persists after a full charge cycle, the battery may need professional assessment.
