Argus G4: Device won't fire or produce vapour
You press the fire button or draw on the pod and nothing happens, no vapour, no airflow, no response from the device.
Why this happens
- Dirty pod contacts or auto-draw sensor blocking the firing signal
- Faulty or worn-out pod or coil preventing the device from firing
- Poor connection between the pod and the device body
How to fix it
- Remove the pod and clean the contacts on both the pod and the device body with a dry cotton bud or lint-free cloth. If the device has an auto-draw sensor, clean around that area carefully to remove any e-liquid residue.
- Refit the pod firmly, making sure it clicks securely into place, then try firing again.
- If it still will not fire, swap in a different pod or a fresh coil. A faulty coil or cracked pod can prevent the device from firing even when everything else looks fine.
- If none of the above resolves the issue, contact VooPoo support or your retailer, as the fault may be internal.
