Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25k: Pod not sitting properly or keeps disconnecting
The pod feels loose, does not click into place securely, or keeps losing connection with the device so it stops producing vapour.
Why this happens
- The pod has not been pushed in far enough to engage the magnetic connection fully
- Dust, lint or e-liquid residue on the magnetic contacts or gold pins is blocking the electrical connection
How to fix it
- Pull the pod straight out of the device and set it aside on a clean surface.
- Inspect the magnetic contacts on the device and the gold pins on the pod for any visible dust, lint or e-liquid residue.
- Wipe the magnetic contacts and gold pins gently with a dry tissue or a dry cotton bud until they look clean and free of debris.
- Reinsert the pod firmly until you feel and hear it click into place and it sits flush in the airflow chamber without wobbling.
- Take a draw to confirm the connection is restored. If the pod still feels loose or the device still does not fire, try a second pod if one is available to rule out a faulty pod.
- If the problem continues with a fresh pod and clean contacts, contact the retailer or manufacturer for further support, as the connection hardware may need inspection.
