Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25k: Dual-flavour switch not working or flavours mixing

The flavour switch is not responding, or you are getting a blend of both flavours when you only want one. The twist mechanism may feel loose, unresponsive, or fail to lock into position.

Why this happens

  • The pod is not fully seated, preventing the twist mechanism from engaging correctly
  • The twist has not been rotated far enough to click into the desired flavour position
  • One side of the dual-flavour pod has run out of liquid, causing the remaining flavour to taste off or mixed
  • General flavour mix-up, a known common issue category with dual-flavour pod devices of this type

How to fix it

  1. Remove the pod and reinsert it firmly until you feel and hear it click fully into place. A pod that is only partially seated will stop the switch mechanism from working properly.
  2. With the pod seated, twist it slowly to the flavour position you want. Keep turning until you feel a definite click. A half-twist that has not clicked will leave the airflow path between both flavour chambers, causing mixing.
  3. Take a short test draw after each click to confirm only the intended flavour is coming through. If you still taste both flavours, repeat the twist until the click is clear.
  4. Check the liquid level on both sides of the pod. If one side is empty or nearly empty, the remaining vapour can carry traces of the depleted flavour. If one side is empty, replace the pod.
