Luxe X3: LED lights are flashing
The LED lights on your device are flashing and it is not clear why. The device may have stopped producing vapour or is behaving unexpectedly.
Why this happens
- Low battery, the most common trigger for a flashing LED on Vaporesso devices
- Poor connection between the pod and the device body
- A protection event being triggered, such as a short-circuit or over-temperature cut-off
How to fix it
- Check the battery level and plug the device in to charge. If the battery was low, the flashing should stop once charging begins or the battery has recovered.
- Remove the pod completely, check the contacts on both the pod and the device for any e-liquid residue or debris, wipe clean with a dry cloth, then firmly reseat the pod until it clicks into place.
- Try a fresh pod if you have one available, to rule out a faulty pod causing a connection or short-circuit protection event.
- If the lights continue to flash after charging fully and reseating or swapping the pod, stop using the device and contact your retailer for further support.
