Guide & manualCommon Vaporesso fixes
20 documented fixes across Vaporesso devices.
- Luxe X3: LED lights are flashing The LED lights on your device are flashing and it is not clear why. The device may have stopped producing vapour or is behaving unexpectedly.
- XROS 5: Burnt taste or dry hits Every puff tastes harsh, burnt or acrid, or the vapour feels dry and scratchy rather than smooth. This usually means the coil is not getting enough e-liquid before or during firing.
- XROS 5: Device not working or not firing You press the fire button and nothing happens, or the device powers on but refuses to produce any vapour. This covers a completely unresponsive device as well as one that appears on but will not fire.
- XROS 5: Not charging, stops charging, or charging animation explained The device is not charging when plugged in, the charging animation is not showing on screen, or the device stops charging before the battery is full.
- XROS 5: Screen shows "BATTERY LOW" and stops working The screen displays a BATTERY LOW message and the device cuts out, refusing to fire. This is the built-in low-voltage protection activating because the battery has discharged too far to operate safely.
- XROS 5: Screen shows "CHECK ATOMIZER" and device stops working The screen displays "CHECK ATOMIZER" and the device stops firing. This fault indicates the kit cannot detect a valid coil or pod connection.
- XROS 5: Screen shows "OVER HEAT" and stops working The screen displays "OVER HEAT" and the device stops firing. This is a built-in thermal protection cutting in because the device has detected a high internal temperature.
- XROS 5: Screen shows "OVER TIME" and stops working The screen displays "OVER TIME" and the device stops firing mid-draw or mid-button press. This is a built-in safety cut-off, not a fault.
