Al Fakher Hypermax Prime 50K: Device not producing vapour when I draw on it
You draw on the device and nothing happens, no vapour, no airflow sensation, no indicator light response. The device appears powered on but simply will not fire.
Why this happens
- Pod not fully seated in the device, preventing the draw activation system from registering it correctly
- Debris or residue on the pod contacts blocking the connection between the pod and the device
- Draw activation system failing to detect the pod or register the draw, a fault reported on predecessor devices in this range
How to fix it
- Remove the pod completely from the device, then firmly reinsert it until you feel or hear it click into place. A partially seated pod is the most common reason the draw activation system fails to fire.
- With the pod removed, inspect the contacts on both the pod base and the device socket. If you see any e-liquid residue or debris, wipe both sets of contacts gently with a dry cotton bud or clean dry cloth, then reinsert the pod.
- Try a fresh draw after reseating. If the device still does not produce vapour and the pod is known to have liquid remaining, the draw activation system may have developed a fault. In that case, contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement, as internal components are not user-serviceable.
