Al Fakher Hypermax Prime 50K: Battery draining too fast or dying within a day
The device runs out of charge much faster than expected, sometimes dying within a single day of normal use. This mirrors a recurring complaint from owners of the predecessor model.
Why this happens
- Running the device in Boost mode continuously, which draws significantly more power than Eco mode
- Starting use without a full initial charge, meaning the battery never reaches its full 1000mAh capacity from the outset
- Heavy, frequent puffing sessions that place sustained demand on the battery
- A battery that has degraded over time or was supplied in a partially discharged state
How to fix it
- Charge the device fully via USB-C before first use and before each day of use, ensuring the charge cycle completes rather than topping up briefly
- Switch from Boost mode to Eco mode, as Eco mode is specifically designed to extend battery life between charges
- If you regularly use Boost mode, consider keeping a charging cable nearby or carrying a power bank, as higher output modes will always reduce runtime on a 1000mAh cell
- If the battery drains unusually fast even in Eco mode after a full charge, the unit may have a fault. Contact the retailer or Al Fakher support for a replacement assessment
