Thelema Q200 Pro: Wattage or power output is unstable or fluctuating

The power output jumps around during use even though the wattage is set to a fixed value. For example, you set 35W but one puff delivers 15W and the next hits 40W.

Why this happens

  • Worn or partially discharged battery unable to sustain consistent output
  • Faulty or degraded coil causing irregular resistance readings
  • Chipset failure preventing accurate power regulation

How to fix it

  1. Replace the battery with a fresh, fully charged cell and test again. A battery that cannot hold a stable voltage will cause output to swing between puffs.
  2. Fit a new coil. An inconsistent resistance reading from a worn coil can cause the mod to deliver varying wattage from puff to puff.
  3. If the fluctuation continues after replacing both the battery and the coil, the chipset is likely at fault. The chipset controls power regulation, temperature, button input and battery safety. A faulty chipset cannot be repaired at home. Return the device to your retailer if it is under warranty.
