Thelema Q200 Pro: Wattage or power output is unstable or fluctuating
The power output jumps around during use even though the wattage is set to a fixed value. For example, you set 35W but one puff delivers 15W and the next hits 40W.
Why this happens
- Worn or partially discharged battery unable to sustain consistent output
- Faulty or degraded coil causing irregular resistance readings
- Chipset failure preventing accurate power regulation
How to fix it
- Replace the battery with a fresh, fully charged cell and test again. A battery that cannot hold a stable voltage will cause output to swing between puffs.
- Fit a new coil. An inconsistent resistance reading from a worn coil can cause the mod to deliver varying wattage from puff to puff.
- If the fluctuation continues after replacing both the battery and the coil, the chipset is likely at fault. The chipset controls power regulation, temperature, button input and battery safety. A faulty chipset cannot be repaired at home. Return the device to your retailer if it is under warranty.
