What is Ghost e-liquid?
Nicotine salt e-liquid in 10ml bottles, made by Vapes Bars under the Ghost name. Nicotine salt sits smoother on the throat than freebase at the same strength, which is why it is sold at 10mg and 20mg for pod kits rather than for sub-ohm tanks.

Ghost nic salt flavours
Black Mamba is the flavour the range is best known by: sweet berries and passion fruit over cool mint, finishing sweet and tangy with a citrus edge. It is the obvious first bottle if you have not tried Ghost before.

1. Start with Black Mamba, or skip it on purpose
Black Mamba carries the range: sweet berries and passion fruit over cool mint, finishing tangy with a citrus edge. It is a fair place to start if you do not know Ghost. It is also a busy flavour with cooling in it, so if you want something simpler, or nothing cold at all, pick differently on purpose rather than by default. Double Apple, Sweet Green Grape and Lemon and Lime are the plainest three here.
2. Choose between 10mg and 20mg
That is the whole strength decision, because every flavour is offered in both. 20mg is the UK legal maximum and matches what a bar-style device runs at, so it is the straight swap if you are coming off one. 10mg is the one to take if you vape steadily through the day rather than in short bursts, or if 20mg has been leaving you light-headed.
3. Work out how sweet you want it
Ghost leans sweet. Six of the 30 are outright sweet shop flavours, Banana Foam Sweets, Carnival Candy Floss, Fizzy Cherry Sweets, Gummy Bear, Sweet Lemon Sherbet and Strawberry Watermelon Chew, and another six are drinks and slush. Sweet is the sort that dulls your palate fastest if you vape one flavour all day, so keeping a plainer fruit alongside it is the usual fix.
The one real outlier is Mr Red, red berries with aniseed running through them. It is the only bottle in the range that is not sweet in the same way as the rest.
Cherry Cola or Cola Ice?
Two colas, and the difference between them is the cooling rather than the cola. Cherry Cola puts cherry on top and leaves it uncooled. Cola Ice is the cold one. Iced flavours are generally harder to run all day, so if cola is going to be your main bottle, the uncooled one is the safer pick.
4. Check it suits your kit
At 50/50 VG/PG these wick properly in a small pod coil and badly in a sub-ohm one. If your device has a pod you fill yourself and a coil you replace you are fine, and OXVA Xlim, Uwell Caliburn and Vaporesso XROS are all safe bets. A sub-ohm tank wants a high-VG shortfill instead.

No. The range runs 10mg and 20mg only, on every flavour. If you want a lighter nic salt, other brands in our nic salts range do offer 5mg.

Do Ghost nic salts work in a sub-ohm tank?
No, not well. A 50/50 blend is too thin for a sub-ohm coil and tends to leak and spit, and 10mg or 20mg through a high-power coil is far more nicotine than that setup is built to deliver. Sub-ohm tanks want a high-VG shortfill at 3mg or 6mg.
How long does a 10ml bottle of Ghost nic salt last?
Roughly five fills, because most refillable pods hold about 2ml. How many days that is comes down to how much you vape: a light vaper might get a fortnight out of a bottle, a heavy one three or four days.
