1. Work out whether you want cooling
Bar-style ranges usually lean hard on ice. This one does not: Watermelon Ice, Pineapple Ice, Banana Kiwi Ice, Strawberry and Blueberry Ice and Fresh Mint are the whole cold list. If you have been finding iced liquids too much, or they have flattened your palate, this range is an easier place to land than most.
The No Ice five go further and say so on the label. Pineapple Citrus, Blue Razz Citrus, Blue Peach, Strawberry Peach Razz and Strawberry Cherry Razz are the same style of fruit blend with the cooling left out.
2. Choose between 10mg and 20mg
That is the whole strength decision, because every flavour is offered in both. 20mg is the UK legal maximum and matches what a bar-style device runs at, so it is the straight swap if you are coming off one. 10mg is the one to take if you vape steadily through the day rather than in short bursts, or if 20mg has been leaving you light-headed.
3. Narrow the fruit
Thirteen of the 37 are general fruit and berry blends, which is where most people stall. Two shortcuts:
- The XL line is five single fruits done plainly, Apple, Cherry, Mango, Peach and Melon. Pick one of those if you want to taste one thing rather than a blend.
- The sour three, Sour Strawberry, Sour Cherry Apple and Blueberry Sour Raspberry, are the ones with an edge to them. Everything else in the range leans sweet.
4. Check it suits your kit
At 50/50 VG/PG these wick properly in a small pod coil and badly in a sub-ohm one. If your device has a pod you fill yourself and a coil you replace you are fine, and OXVA Xlim, Uwell Caliburn and Vaporesso XROS are all safe bets. A sub-ohm tank wants a high-VG shortfill instead.

Do Riot Bar EDTN nic salts work in a sub-ohm tank?
No, not well. A 50/50 blend is too thin for a sub-ohm coil and tends to leak and spit, and 10mg or 20mg through a high-power coil is far more nicotine than that setup is built to deliver. Sub-ohm tanks want a high-VG shortfill at 3mg or 6mg.
How long does a 10ml bottle of Riot Bar EDTN last?
