About Smok Novo

Smok Novo pod kits are compact, refillable devices built for mouth-to-lung and restricted-lung vaping, the tight, familiar draw most new vapers start on and plenty of experienced vapers never leave. Every kit in the Novo lineup takes a 2ml refillable pod and lets you adjust the wattage, so you can dial the vapour and throat hit to suit your e-liquid. The range runs from a compact original-style Novo GT through to the longer-lasting Novo 6 Ultra, so the main decision is battery size and shape, not features.

If you've owned a Novo 2, Novo 4 or Novo 5 before, or seen a Novo Master and Novo Master Box mentioned, you'll recognise the format: small, pocketable, dead simple to refill. How to choose your Smok Novo

Battery size: how long you need it between charges

The Novo GT (1300 mAh) and Novo Classy (1350 mAh) are the lightest devices here, better suited to topping up through the day than running flat out. The Novo 6, Novo GT Box and Novo 6 Ultra all carry a bigger 1700 mAh battery, so if you vape often or hate reaching for a charger, start there.

Slim bar or box grip

The GT, Classy, 6 and 6 Ultra all keep the familiar slim Novo bar shape. The GT Box breaks from that with a squarer, boxier grip while keeping the same 1700 mAh battery and 2ml refillable pod, so it's really a shape choice rather than a performance one.

Pods aren't interchangeable across every kit

All five kits use 2ml refillable pods, but the pod for one Novo model won't necessarily fit another. If you're searching for Smok Novo 2 pods or pods for an older device, check which current kit you're buying into first and stick to pods made for that exact model.

Picking your e-liquid

These are MTL and restricted-lung devices, so they're happiest with nic salts at higher strengths for a smooth throat hit, or a lower-strength shortfill once you're used to the draw.
