Written comparisons

Our hands-on head-to-heads: the specs side by side, a winner per category and a straight answer on which to buy.

How we compare

Every figure comes from the spec table on each device's guide, taken from the manufacturer's published specifications. Where a tank or pod is sold bigger outside the UK, we show the UK version: refillable pods and tanks hold 2 ml at most here.

A tick marks the better figure on a row: the bigger battery, more e-liquid (per pack for prefilled kits), more power, the wider resistance range (more choice of coils, not better vaping) or the smaller body. Figures within 10% of each other count as level. Charging and output voltage are listed but never scored, and a figure we cannot read from a spec table is shown as written and never scored.

Prices and stock come live from our shop and are checked every few minutes. "Which one is for you" is a rule of thumb from the specs: low-resistance coils and more power suit direct to lung vaping, higher resistance suits a tighter, cigarette-like draw, and a bigger battery lasts longer between charges.
