- PIXL 8000: Device firing on its own or getting unusually hot The device activates without you pressing anything, or it becomes noticeably hot during use or charging. In some cases it may continue firing after you stop drawing.
- PIXL 8000: Device won't turn on or is completely unresponsive The device shows no lights, produces no vapour and gives no response when you try to use it, even though you believe the battery still has charge. Nothing happens when you press the button.
