These are spare pod cartridges built for one device: the Vandy Vape BIIO Pod Kit. Each pack contains three pods, so you have fresh ones ready when the pod in your kit needs swapping.
They hold no e-liquid, no nicotine and no battery. You fill them with your own liquid, which makes them a simple restock for anyone already running a BIIO.
