Description
LVE Orion II Pro Coils
These are mesh replacement coils made for the LVE Orion II Pro pod system. When the coil in your pod has had its day, you swap in a fresh one and carry on with the same pod.
Each pack holds five coils, so you have spares ready. Every coil presses into the base of the pod rather than screwing in, and each resistance has its own colour, so you can tell them apart at a glance. To change one, pull the old coil straight out, then push the new one in until it sits flush with the pod base.

The two pod types look alike, so check which one you own before you order. The coil presses in rather than screws in, so a coil that does not suit the pod will not seat properly.
Before you fill a fresh coil, put a few drops of e-liquid onto the exposed cotton and leave it for 5 minutes. Then fill the pod as usual. For the first few puffs, use a lower wattage so the cotton wets through evenly.
Choosing your resistance
Resistance sets how the draw feels. A higher number gives a tighter, cooler pull that suits nic salts. A lower number gives a warmer, airier draw with more vapour and works best with higher VG e-liquid.
- 0.4 ohm: the maker lists this as a restricted direct-lung coil. It is the airiest of the three and the one to pick for higher VG e-liquid. Our suggested power is 25-30W.
- 0.6 ohm: a balanced draw that sits between the other two. Our suggested power is 18-24W.
- 0.8 ohm: the tightest of the three, closest to a mouth-to-lung feel, and a good match for nic salts. Our suggested power is 13-17W.
Anything higher than 0.8 ohm leans tighter and cooler again. Stay inside the suggested power range for your coil and you will get the best from it.
