Description
Lost Vape Centaurus M200 Box Mod
The Centaurus M200 is a dual 18650 box mod built around Lost Vape's Quest 2.0 chipset. It fires anywhere from 5W up to 200W, so it copes with a gentle, restrained setup just as comfortably as a big-clouds sub ohm build. A mechanical on/off switch gets it running in about a second.
Everything is controlled from one 3-in-1 jog dial, which adjusts settings and fires the mod. A 0.96 inch OLED screen keeps your wattage, coil resistance, battery level and active mode in view. It suits vapers who like a proper box mod with room to tune the draw, and who are happy to bring their own batteries and tank.
What it does well
- Wide power range: 5-200W in wattage mode, plus bypass and temperature control modes when you want a different way of working.
- Temperature control that is useful: it works with nickel, titanium and stainless steel coils across 100-315°C (200-600°F).
- One dial for the lot: the jog dial turns through 360 degrees, fires the mod, and locks the screen with three presses. An LED ring around it shows battery level.
- Solid build: an aluminium alloy body with stainless steel parts, measuring 93 x 56.7 x 26mm and weighing around 152g without batteries.
- Easy to power and charge: two 18650 batteries (not included) slot in behind a magnetic door, and you can charge over USB Type-C at 5V 2A.
- Plenty of choice on looks: the M200 comes in 18 named colours, from Raven Black and Gunmetal Gray to Sakura Dance and Moonlit Spire.
Pods, coils and e-liquid match
The M200 does not take pods. It has a 510 thread for 510 tanks and rebuildable atomisers, with tanks up to 30mm fitting on top. Any coil resistance your tank uses will show on the screen, and temperature control mode needs nickel, titanium or stainless steel coils. Standard kanthal-style coils are best run in wattage mode.
For e-liquid, let your tank and coil lead the way. Sub ohm tanks and higher-power builds generally pair well with higher VG e-liquids, while tighter, lower-power setups usually suit a more balanced blend. Check your tank's guidance for its recommended wattage window.

Lost Vape Centaurus M200 Box Mod FAQs
Does the Lost Vape Centaurus M200 come with batteries?
No. The Centaurus M200 takes two 18650 batteries, and they are not included. You will need to buy a matched pair separately from a reputable supplier before you can power the mod up.
What size tank fits the Centaurus M200?
The 510 thread suits 510 tanks and rebuildable atomisers, with tanks up to 30mm fitting. That covers most sub ohm tanks, so check your tank's diameter before ordering.
What modes does the Lost Vape Centaurus M200 have?
Three: wattage, bypass and temperature control. Wattage runs from 5W up to 200W, and temperature control works with nickel, titanium and stainless steel coils across a 100-315°C range.
How do you lock the screen on the Centaurus M200?
Press the jog dial three times to lock the screen. The same 3-in-1 dial turns through 360 degrees to adjust settings and fires the mod, while the LED ring around it shows battery level.
How do you charge the Centaurus M200?
Via the USB Type-C port, which takes 5V 2A, and a Type-C cable comes in the box. The two 18650 batteries sit behind a magnetic door, so loading them is a quick job.
